One developer, one vet, one dog named Ryuk.

Pawscription started in 2024 when Ryuk — our dog — was diagnosed with leishmaniasis, chronic pancreatitis, proteinuria and more.

How it started

I'm the developer. My partner is the vet. And Ryuk — our dog since the day he was born, now 8 years old — is the reason Pawscription exists. In 2024 he was diagnosed with leishmaniasis, chronic pancreatitis, proteinuria and several other conditions. Suddenly we were managing multiple medications simultaneously: different schedules, different forms, injection rotations, stock to track, vet appointments to coordinate. We tried notes apps, spreadsheets, phone alarms. Nothing was built for this. So I built it. Every feature has been tested on Ryuk first. Every notification, every dose log, every injection map cycle — validated in a real home, with a real dog, reviewed by a real vet. RovxLab is a one-person studio, which means every feature ships because it solves a real problem. Not because a roadmap said so.

Real costs, real transparency

No investor money. No ad revenue. Just real costs, covered by people who believe pet care tools should be free. Here is where every coffee goes:

Apple Developer Program — €99/year
Google Play Developer — €25 one-time
Domain & hosting — ~€120/year
Total annual cost: ~€220+/year

With gratitude

Tania

For being both the vet and the co-author of half these features. Every medication type, every dosing schedule, every UX decision pushed until it was right — that's her. For making Pawscription clinically honest and creatively better than I could have made it alone. For the emotional support that kept this going. And for being the love of my life.

Ryuk

The reason this app exists. The official tester for every notification, every injection cycle, every dose log. The one who always gives me happiness. The other love of my life.

The veterinary team that cares for Ryuk

For everything they have done for him, and for us. No words are enough.

My family

For supporting this project and for believing in me.
