Is Pawscription really free?
Yes, 100% free. No premium tiers, no subscriptions, no ads. Ever.
Does it work offline?
Completely. All data is stored locally on your device. No internet connection is ever needed — not even for notifications.
How secure is my pet's data?
Your data never leaves your phone. Pawscription has no servers and no user accounts. We are technically incapable of accessing your data.
What medication types are supported?
Pills, liquids, injections, topicals and pipettes — with 6 schedule types: daily, interval-based, weekly, cyclic, as-needed and tapering doses.
Can I manage multiple pets?
Yes. Pawscription supports multiple pets from day one, each with their own independent medication schedule. Switch between pets instantly — each has their own history, schedules and notifications.
When will Pawscription launch?
We are in active development. Follow our progress or reach out at soporte@pawscription.app to stay in the loop.
How do notifications work?
Notifications fire at the exact scheduled minute using the most reliable system available on your device — even in battery-saving mode.
What platforms does Pawscription support?
Android and iOS. Both platforms were built simultaneously so neither launched behind the other.
Can I track vet visits and appointments?
Yes. Pawscription has a built-in calendar with daily and monthly views. Add vet appointments, associate them with a specific pet, and sync everything to your device's native calendar.
Is Pawscription open source?
Not currently. The app is free and privacy-first, but the source code is not public. If that changes, we will announce it.
